Welcome to Forces Fit in Salisbury

Lead Instructor – Wayne Liddle
Wayne joined Forces Fit in 2010 after leaving the Army, having served for 12 years in the Royal Artillery as a Physical Trianing Instructor. Wayne has very little time away from delivering exercise nowadays but when he does get a chance running and mountain biking are his choice of activities.

Parking & Meeting

We all meet in the Rugby Club car park (which is right next to Hudsons Fields) in the bays near to the main road . The carparking is free at all times and there are plenty of spaces

The class on Saturday 19th Jan 13 will unfortunately be cancelled due to severe weather warnings, we apologise for any inconvience that this may cause.
